Feature

We make coil have provided 2 or more rows are based on counterflow circuiting of water with respect to airflow. The mechanical expansion provides a efficient provides a efficient bonding of coper tubes and fins for better heat transfer. Tubes are straggered in the direction of airflow.

Tube Size Round tube & Inner grooved type tube

5/8 O.D. x 22-28g wall thickness is standard. O.D. x 22-28g wall thickness is standard. 3/8 O.D. x 22-28g wall thickness is standard. Rows available are 1,2,3,4,5,6,8.10 and 12

General: Corrugated plate type fin that is die-formed.

Fin Material:

Aluminium fin 36g (0.15mm) thick with optional Fins per inch available 4 to 14. Aluminium fin 30g (0.3mm) thick with optional fins per inch available upto 20

Headers: Seamless M.S. & Copper headers, sized to minimize water pressure drop with die-formed holes that provide a parallel surface to the coil tube for strong brazing joints.

Connection/Circuits: MFE have provide different types of circuits like Quarter Circuit, Half circuit, Full circuit, Double circuits.

Casing: Tube/sheet top and bottom of 10-20 g G.I./ SS

Brazing: All joints brazed with high temperature copper based alloy.

Testing Nitro Test: All coil assemblies are tested with Nitrogen filled at 21 Kg/cm2 or 300 lb/in2.
